After talking to a number of our friends, family and associates, we found that there was one big obstacle to reaching your health goals.  Getting into the mind set to actually do it.

Getting and staying motivated for any fitness or health goal is made much easier by taking steps to keep yourself motivated through a community of like minded individuals, ongoing information and education.

So we are creating a community, just for you.  To help you you reach your goals, whatever they may be.

Once You’ve signed up you’ll get a chance to automatically join on Facebook & Twitter. Just authorize the contest app & begin spreading the word online with your very own contest link. You’ll earn points when you put your contest link ANYWHERE online & get people to click & visit our contest!

We’ll automatically give you bonus points for a wide variety of actions! For example: when you post videos on YouTube with your contest link in the video description or you mention the contest on Twitter. You’ll earn points in MANY different ways & here’s the complete list…

• 250 Entries for joining the contest by entering your email address below and connecting your Facebook account.
• 100 Entries for “Like”ing our Facebook page below
• 150 Entries for referring others through your contest link who then join the contest
• 100 entries for posting a YouTube video response
